Tom Hess returns with his comprehensive column "Want To Become A Professional Musician?". Scott Allen starts a new series with "Gearing Up". We welcome back Kevin Ferguson, as he contributes his thoughts on "Hazards Of Playing A Wide Variety And Mix Of Genres".
