Future plans/projects

I intend to make higher-quality recordings of my band's work as well as my solo work; Learn to make recordings of high enough quality to be formal demos.

Guitars

Ibanez electric (all heavy parts), Jackson electric (some heavy parts, leads, and background/overdubbed parts), Gibson electric (all clean-tone gtrs and most leads), Ibanez acoustic (all acoustic parts, most acoustic leads), Drifter acoustic (most acoustic rhythm parts and harmonies)

Keyboards

-varies with application, need, and desired sound- -none are owned as part of the studio-

Sound modules

-varies- -only done by using in coordination with a friend's studio and my drum machine-

Percussion

BOSS DR5, most programable and flexible drum machine I've found yet, especially for difficult applications. -Drums vary, as none are owned as part of the studio-

Effects

Alesis NanoVerb, built-in effects of Boss BR-8 recorder, Grunge pedal for gtrs, DOD Vo-Tec vocal effects, DOD ?-Tec guitar effects, Alesis NanoCompressor

Microphones

Audio Technica AT3050, 3 x Audio Technica Dynamic mics (model?), Shure SM57, Shure SM58

Mixing

-none currently, only as is built-in to the Boss BR-8-

Tape decks

Tascam 4-track recorder, no mixdown deck as they are usually burned on disc

Hard disk recorders

Boss BR-8 digital recorder (150 MB Zip disc storage)

Monitoring

No monitors currently (had to trade them to buy recorder), Pro-studio headphones (Roland?)

Additional notes

I don't have a lot to work with, and have few opportunities here for gigs in order to improve it, but am looking to get the most out of my equipment possible for recordings.
