Artension

"Forces Of Nature"

The Story
Artension is built around the talents of Ukrainian keyboardist Vitalij Kuprij and Swiss guitarist Roger Staffelbach. "Forces Of Nature" is Artension's follow up to the internationally acclaimed "Phoenix Rising", and once again showcases the musical virtuosity of founders John West, Kuprij and guitarist Staffelbach. Intense neo-classical ensemble sections and solo trade-offs augment some of the best progressive metal song writing in years. Additionally, "Forces Of Nature" features guest guitar solos by James Murphy on tracks such as "Tall Ships", "Shape Shifter" and "Guardian Of The Hunt". The lone instrumental is the Kuprij composition "Wild Trip" - which also boasts Murphy and Staffelbach on guitar.
