Classical Guitar Augments New Age Instrumentals

World Cafe is a beautiful new age styled, instrumental guitar CD by guitarist/composer Roy Scoutz, who currently resides in the Los Angels area. Inspirational and evocative, the album is cinematically spatial, as classical guitar is framed with modern instrumentation, vox humana, flutes, violas and more. Scoutz plays electric guitar on one number--the moody ballad "Time Can't Stop The Memory", but also performs on piano, synthesizer and mandolin. Truly a versatile performer and a gifted composer, Roy has created a very likable album that will take you on a musical journey through the world according to Scoutz. If you can, be sure to catch one of Scoutz' live performances, if you can't, be sure to obtain a copy of World Cafe for you very own. Scoutz was originally profiled in the June-July, 1998 edition of The Undiscovered.
