New Columns

We're bustin' out with a large collection of guest columns in December. We've got fourteen altogether - ten returning columnists and four first-time columnists. First off is Mike Campese, G.I.T. graduate and instructor, with "Intervalic Lines, Part 2". Metal Mike Chlasciak is here for the first time with his contribution, "Spend The Money". Returning is acoustic guitarist Peter Neri with "The 5 Stages Of Guitaritis". Irish guitarist Alan Lennon contributes his first article "Beginning Songwriting ". Canadian guitarist David Martone returns with another column entitled "Zone Recording: Video". Hess guitarist Mike Walsh has written "Why You Should Like To Play Like Yngwie". Joining us for the first time is New Zealand guitar player Tony Koretz with "Recording Acoustic Guitar". Kevin Ferguson contributes his article, "Mastering Odd, Complex Time Signatures And Rhythms". Guitarist Tom Hess is back with another column, "Do You Really Need A Teacher?". Indie marketing and promotions expert Tim Sweeney has contributed an article entitled "Becoming A Complete Artist". We welcome back David Vincent Jones with his essay "Knockin' On Wood". Guitarist and writer Date Turner also returns with his article "Making A Living As A Guitar Music Transcriber/Arranger". Hess bassist and guitarist Mark Carozza has written a new article, "Climbing Out Of A Rut". Finally, music industry guru Christopher Knab returns with "The 'Creative' You And The 'Business' You".
