The Story
Joe Lynn Turner is an internationally known recording artist with eight world tours and over seven million albums sold. After singing with Ritchie Blackmore in Rainbow, he joined forces with the innovative guitarist, Yngwie Malmsteen, to record the studio album "Odyssey", another worldwide million seller. On "JLT", licensed for release by Shrapnel Records, Turner has gone back to his bluesy, rock and roll roots. It is not as "angry" as his solo album "Slam" was and really features his voice. The record includes Al Pitrelli (Megadeth, Savatage, Alice Cooper, Trans Siberian Orchestra) and Chris Marksbury on guitar, as well as John O'Reilly (Rainbow, Rainbow's Night, Blue Oyster Cult) on drums. With an eye on the future, Joe Lynn Turner continues to move towards the new millenium writing, producing, performing and recording striving to bring his style of rock and roll to fans all over the world.
