Live At Local 506 represents Ozone Quartet at the pinnacle of their performing ability in June 2000. The band had just completed their first extended tour of the east coast in support of their critically acclaimed 1999 CD release, "Nocturne". Local 506 is a progressive rock friendly night club in Chapel Hill, North Carolina known for their eclectic offerings of live music. Ozone Quartet is known as a band that "you just have to see live." For years, fans have requested a recording of the band in this setting - in their element. The group has always relied on the hardcore fans of art rock, fusion and prog.
