Guitar Garbage 1.2

Jill Yan, a Swiss guitarist, has released Guitar Garbage 1.2, a collection of 12 H.G.I.G.M (heavy groovin' instrumental guitar music) tracks which combine high tech guitarmanship along with throbbing rhythms and crashing drums. A graduate of the Musician's Institute in California, Yan can rip with the best of them as he blends (ala Greg Howe and Shaun Baxter) touches of fusion and jazz into his predominantly heavy rock stew. A veteran of bands such as The Park, Horny Spirits, Time Code and Century City, Yan steps out on his own on this solo CD, with stellar production and creative song construction highlighting songs such as "Club 22", "The Detune" and "Only Human".
