Their 1998 CD offers ten cuts brimming with razor-sharp distortion, and excellent songwriting from start to finish. Here, you'll get your daily requirement of pulsing bass and drum work alongside Kollman's brutally wicked and wickedly brutal six-string solos. The guitarist takes it down a notch on "Perfect Serenity", playing some fine acoustic lines, but overall the CD features the powerful sound of Edwin Dare in all its glory -- fast, intricate fretwork in a four piece setting.
