Collective Spirit represents Visual Cliff's fifth studio album. This effort finds the band revamping its line up. New drummer (Thomas Schuffert), bassist (David Michael) and keyboardist (Mike Florio) have been a welcome addition to the fold along with guitarist and founder Rob Perez and vocalist Shane Lankford. This album unleashes three vocal tracks and five instrumentals that draw compositonal elements from earlier albums but are presented more cohesively with deeper and much more sonically rich textures.
