Torben Enevoldsen, Denmark's finest guitarist, has made an all instrumental masterpiece, Heavy Persuasion, featuring hard rock with progressive and neoclassical influences. Assisted by Flemming Hansen on bass and Mickey Hurricane on drums, the final production comprises ten hard rock/heavy/progressive instrumentals exclusively. After releasing his first CD, "Guitarisma", Enevoldsen continued to write music and perfect his guitar skills, then returned to the studio in May of 2000 to record the tracks comprising Heavy Persuasion. Neo-classical fans will get into the closing track "Off LImits", as well as "Temple Of Hope" (shades of MacAlpine, Mitic and early Malmsteen). The hard rock numbers burn with mega-heavy riffs and impressively fluid solo passages - clearly Heavy Persuasion is designed to impress a whole new legion of Enevoldsen supporters.
