Lebanon, Tennessee based guitarist Robert Condon has released his self-produced collection of blues, jazz, rock and world influenced music, entitled Stirred. Co-produced with keyboardist John Mardsen, the CD features ten instrumental tracks which could be classified as new age or smooth jazz (Russ Freeman and Craig Chaquico are artists that are similiar compositionally), but that also offer solo sections reminiscent of guitarists such as Carlos Santana ("So Divine") and Larry Carlton ("Would You Fall"). Condon displays formidable talent, both as an electric/acoustic guitarist and as a producer/arranger; Stirred will certainly appeal to a broad range of fans who follow the guitarists listed above.
