Planet X Blue World is an original CD from the mind and studio of California based guitarist Brett Michael Spunt. If you`re into guitars, Electronic, Trance, Ambient, New Age, Progressive Rock, Mood Music, or just music with soul, check out the music on this album. This CD is for people "into music." Planet X Blue World is not boring new age stuff lacking intensity, but music that has no boundaries. Spunt`s main instrument is a scorching lead guitar taking the role of the singer, augmented with synth instrumentation, analog keys, electronic sounds, vox humana, chants, pianos, etc. Spunt`s musical influences range from Joe Satriani to Enigma to Crystal Method to Pink Floyd to classical, and any music that is "heartfelt." He blends these influences into a rhythmic base and adds a great deal of improvisational axe work throughout the fourteen tracks.
