Johnny Remember Me features British guitarist Peter Williams with guitar instrumental versions of John Leyton's songs. Noted Milton Keynes guitarist and guitar tutor Peter Williams has been given official endorsement by the legendary British 1960's pop icon and film star John Leyton to produce an instrumental CD tribute to him. John Leyton's biggest chart success came in 1961 when "Johnny Remember Me" reached the Number One position, not only in the UK but in many other countries. Many more other chart successes followed. His appearances with Steve McQueen and Frank Sinatra in the major motion pictures, "The Great Escape" and "Von Ryan's Express" brought John international acclaim as an actor. Peter Williams has previously recorded and released instrumental CD tributes to Elvis Presley and Billy Fury, all being officially endorsed by the respective Fan Clubs.
