Pete Marinovich's Closet Songs features guitar-based jazz/rock trio recorded live in the studio - a progressive jazz trio experiment. All the eight tracks on this compilation were recorded live in the studio by guitarist Pete Marinovich, drummer Jeff Watts, and bassist Ian Michael. The idea was to keep the music free, breathing and as uncontrived as possible. Pete Marinovich has released several other CDs of relaxing guitar-based instrumentals, "Nude With Guitar" and "Second Voice".
