Anderson's Master Of Illusion offers nine neo-classically influenced tracks of original material, this time in the all instrumental format, in contrast to his vocal releases, "Mirror, Mirror", "Victory And Valor" and "Awakened". Anderson puts several guitars to good use, delivering heavy guitar work on cuts such as "Dragons Rising", "20,000 Leagues Under The Sea" and "Mr. Hyde".
