Guitarist Ned Evett's An Introduction To Fretless Guitar EP/CD features dynamic instrumental music showcasing the fretless guitar as the main sound producer. Tracks such as "Singing Bowl", "Steeple" and "Transcendental Floss" explode as Evett breaks all existing fretless guitar barriers. Evett uses glass fingerboards on his guitars and interestingly, except for drums, vocals and tablas on one song, and electric bass on two songs, all other sounds (including percussion) were produced on guitar. Truly a unique, experimental fusion of rock and jazz, Ned Evett will make you rethink the plucked-stringed instrument.
