With the release their debut compact disc, 72 Hours, the best kept rock and roll secret of the Georgia Mountains is finally out. Guitarist Myke Carroll And Arc Light check in with a nine-instrumental, one-vocal (a cover of "All Along The Watchtower") album featuring a healthy helping of rock, hard rock and electric blues. Drummer John Weaver and bassist M.D. Marine, along with Carroll, abandoned their session player/sideman roles and created a CD full of music they enjoy -- rock instrumentals flavored by everything from Texas and Chcago blues to shades of big band and jazz. 72 Hours firmly supports the motto, "If it's too loud, you're too old."
