Moodafaruka's new CD, La Luna Lounge, featuring new world acoustic guitarist Rom Ryan and Terrance Karn on percussion, is influenced by the rich musical traditions of the world, while not being bound by them. Listen to any of the thirteen tracks comprising La Luna Lounge and you will hear compositions that are at once familiar and new; Spanish melodies woven into an Indian raga, or Indian percussion with Arabic vocals and a western guitar. A true musical melting pot -- ideal for citizens of the world.
