Acoustic guitarist Mark Yodice's debut release, June Again, does what you'd expect all your favorite records to do. Every track surprises you. Each song sounds different emotionally and sonically. It's as if you're taking a trip through someone else's thoughts and feelings. Each flawless, ambitious pass serves the idea that Yodice conjured up. His hands do things mere mortals might only dream about. In the end, Yodice comes across like what he is -- an accomplished composer, a wonderful musician, and a man who loves the process of his own art.
