Infectious Licks features hard rock guitarist Jaye Foucher blending elements of metal, progressive, funk, and blues on eight instrumental cuts and two vocal numbers. Her tasty guitar technique and keyboard beds are center stage on tracks such as "Epic", a prog-metal workout that will have you pushing the volume knob to '11'. "Killer Clowns" sports a hardcore, tuned-down, crunch progression that leads into an aggressive, take-no-prisoners solo section. Adding the overall heaviness is "Pandemonium", where a tasta' funk meets turn-'n-burn fretwork. Infectious Licks could represent Focher's electric guitar statement of direction, "Take cover, I'm here to rock!"
