Guido Campiglio, guitarist of the Italian Yngwie J. Malmsteen tribute band, Fire and Ice, has now released his own 6 song instrumental EP/CD entitled Wood. Featuring rock instrumentals flavored with acoustic guitar arpeggiation, Campiglio is out to widen his fan base, broaden his appeal, and turn on a whole new crop of music fans. Campiglio handles all the instrumentation and production/engineering duties, save for a bass guest appearance by Stefano Capomagi on the last track, "Blue".
