France's Double Heart Project consists of Vincent Fabre (guitarist and ex-drummer for Cyril Achard) and Franck Ribiere (guitarist) playing with passion over nine Instrumental tracks, with influences coming from metal, progressive rock, fusion and classical genres. Two guitarists make guest appearances on Human Nature's Fight: Chris Poland on "Echoes From Asia" and Cyril Achard on "Take Care Of Her", while bassist Sebastien Vila guests on "Heavy Funky Party". Each piece on the CD carves up a different sonic space, remaining as different from the previous number as to the one that follows. Fabre and Ribiere's strength is that they can deliver enough melodic technical playing without being overly complex for the average listener.
