There's no doubt, Derek Sherinian is one of the best and critically acclaimed keyboardists of our time. His musical talents were highly appreciated in the past by artists and bands like Alice Cooper, Kiss, Billy Idol, Ayreon and Dream Theater. And his reputation grew with his well known projects Planet X, Platypus and Jughead. Within all these activities he has also found the time to release selected solo albums over the years - which represent a unique mix of fusion, rock and metal. On Molecular Heinosity he's in best musical company being supported by the guests Virgil Donati (Planet X), Tony Franklin (Whitesnake) and Brian Tichy (Foreigner, Billy Idol). Guitarists featured include Brett Garsed, Rusty Cooley and Taka Minamono. The biggest highlight on this brand new album is surely the collaboration with Zakk Wylde (Ozzy Osbourne, Black Label Society) who's also featured on vocals in the track "So Far Gone". A musical masterpiece convincing musicians, critics and fans alike!
