Review of "Water Of Life"
|
By: Gerard Gez Chell
ome guitarists solo albums are like show cases for their technical skills a musical CV if you will (and are as about as exciting). This album is very much different .The guy can shred with the best of them and is obviously very talented but more than that he has that special intangible ingredient that sets him apart from the crowd.
The opener is a stunning piece of teutonic metal, following this is the SATRIANI class of "BORN AGAIN." The 12 tracks on offer have something for
everyone and judging by the reviews I have seen in various specialist guitar player magazines Slav Simanic is a talent to be reckoned with and a
name to watch out for in the future.
Highly recommended.
