uitarist Bill Hart's debut recording is a well-crafted fusion disc of originals from this instructor at the Atlanta Institute of Music. Hart's music reveals the influence of Mike Stern ("What Next"), Scott Henderson and Wayne Krantz, among others, and is a welcome addition to the fusion scene. "Elected" closes the disc out with strong solos from saxophonist Sam Skelton and Hart.
