"Walk On Water" features the classic UFO line-up from the '70s that produced hits such as "Rock Bottom" and "Lights Out" - Phil Mogg, Andy Parker, Pete Way, Paul Raymond and, of course, Michael Schenker on guitar. On this 1998 releaes, Schenker's playing is every bit as melodically hard as ever,. with plenty of modern stylistic enhancements, yet it's still reminiscent of classic UFO, and blends perfectly with Mogg's vocal style. "Walk On Water"'s more 'interesting' inclusions are two remakes ("Doctor, Doctor" and "Lights Out"). Overall, the riffs are memorable, the guitar and production stellar, in short, a must-have for fans of Schenker and the English/German chemistry that produced so much great music.
