Derryl Gabel is truly a guitarist of the highest order, having developed from his early Neo-Classical years into the more sophisticated fusion vein, in which he now resides. Displaying insane chops, technique and an extremely tasteful sense of composition, Gabel now staunchly resides in that exclusive league currently occupied by the likes of Allan Holdsworth, Frank Gambale, Brett Garsed, and Greg Howe. His playing has appeared on the George Lynch CD "Sacred Groove", as well as on the compilation "Guitar On The Edge, Volume 4". His debut CD for Progressive Arts Music is entitled "Visions And Dreams", and the album features eight fiery compositions, as well as being enhanced with bonus material, such as video clips, mp3s, software and printable sheet music. We feel that you will share this excitement after you've had a chance to hear Gabel's music for yourself.
