uitarist Cutler, whose performance credits includes such artists as Bill Frisell, David Sanborn, Lester Bowie, steps out in a bluesy jazz trio recording with bassist Booker King and drummer Gerry Bruer. Many of the tunes are more on the introspective side, though Cutler does turn it up on a few cuts, notably "C.C." and he goes for more of a bop feel on "Lukewarm".
