To The Old Friendship, featuring guitarist Enrico Rosa and pianist Ferdinando Argenti, is dedicated to the old friendship and joy of playing together that unite the stories of two fine Italian musicians. "Sqwaqwaz" is a funky jazz jam on a groove turning into minor blues, while "Copenhagen" creates a special jazz atmosphere inspired by the city of the same name. "Mondiale" shows a way of exploring music with a "global" approach they both were searching for in the '80s, and features beautiful jazz phrasing and a vigorous funky ending. "Three Minute Blues" is a modal blues from the early '80s, while the poly-rhythmical "Dubbio" was composed in 1981 when the two friends wanted to produce their music in Denmark. The final composition, "Boston", was written on the way to the USA, and just speaks for itself. Instrumental Guitar (Acoustic/Jazz), total running time, 39:33
