Gentle was the second track recorded for the CD. The keyboard sound dictated the tempo on this track. Whenever we hear Denny play that sound we want to play something slow and more melodic.

The second track is mid tempo and sort of bounces along, thus the name. It was placed second because it makes a nice bridge between Gentle and the third track.

Spin Cycle contains the most aggressive guitar tone on the CD. We really had to pay attention on the end of the track so we could hit the rhythm part.

This is the first track we recorded. Again the sweet keyboard sound dictated that a more melodic melody be played. We approached this song as a ballad or love song. That's the sort of feeling we were going for and we were more concerned about this feeling than making the track perfect.

This track was used as a transition from the ballad to an up tempo feel. The intro seemed to fit the bill as far as placement. As the song develops it does get a little more aggressive.

This is the band's favorite track. It seems to be more emotional than any track on the CD. The guitar of course sustains the melodic passages longer and adds to this feel.

We needed a track that would lighten up the mood. This one moves along with a feel that seems to depict someone strolling down the street without a care in the world.

|
We tried to use some rhythmic changes to make it more interesting. We enjoy challenging each other's ears on a tune like this, just to see who goofs up first.

This track was named for the stops or almost stops. It seemed to be the right choice after Wrinkle because of the length.

We were going for a real full production sound on this one.

We wanted to end the disc with a lighter tune. We enjoy doing lighter songs with a jazzier feel. Again, we were challenged to keep this track together. Listening is usually the key for us on this sort of song.
