A.D.D. plays instrumental, original music with commitment, featuring melodic guitar and bass over top of contemporary keyboards and dynamic drumming. Although the name implies Attention Deficit Disorder, it is actually an acronym for the member's first names, Allen Kave, Denny Reed, and Doug Spickler. The band is from the tri-state area, Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia, which is located about sixty miles west of Washington D C. The music is a combination of blues, jazz, and rock. It is very close to a Steely Dan sound with some Warren Haynes, and Robben Ford guitar influences. A.D.D. found common ground by just playing together. The Thursday Night Laundry Club CD is the result of their collaboration. The songs are improvisational in nature and were played live in the studio. In this era of editing music, they found it refreshing to play and to let the music stand on its own merit. A.D.D. has plans to release several instrumental CDs and also has finished recording the basic tracks for a vocal CD.
Instrumental Guitar (Electric/Fusion/Rock), total running time, 55:41
