letter ric Mantel is one of the best kept secrets of the guitar world, but all that may change with the release of his latest CD, "The Unstruck Melody". It is his 5th public release, and it's scope & depth is amazing.

Songs like "Tribute", "Simple Things", and "Only Want Your Love" just soar with an impossible sound that is as polished and sleek as a stealth jet, but as raw and powerful as Hendrix in his prime.

Other tracks, like "Tai Chi", "Shine On", and "Exit 10" feature additional sides of Eric's personality with equal flair. While comparisons to Eric Johnson and Joe Satriani are inevitable, Eric possesses his own distinct voice with the guitar, and "The Unstruck Melody" allows it to shine on!

Eric, who teaches many students near his home just outside of Chicago and has more endorsement deals than you can possibly count, is often on the road playing his music or teaching guitar clinics. Lucky for us he took some time out to record this fabulous collection of songs!

Bottom line: Guitarists owe it to themselves to buy it now!
