By: Gabor Fabian

letter ere's an undiscovered guitarist from Chicago who has been active in the music industry for almost 30 years now, but this new CD of him is my first introduction to the man's skills. Eric is a fantastic highly skilled musician, who plays the guitar extremely well, but also sings quite good. The CD has a playing time of 80 minutes and should actually be seen as an old time double LP as it is split in 2 acts. Musically we can hear instrumental songs which explore the man's guitar skills, while the vocal tunes are of course more based on vocal melodies and these are also much calmer but very impressive bluesy aor/prog kinda songs. The instrumental songs go in a more progressive hardrock kinda style (read: RUSH). There's absolutely nothing bad to say about this CD, because it basically is a very impressive high quality album which will please any musician I think. (Points: 8.3 out of 10)
