British guitarist Lachlan Horne's new album The Time Has Come has been released on the Alactric Music label - eleven tracks long, it is an instrumental journey through rock, metal, funk and blues. All tracks have been written with irresistible melodies and equally catchy rhythm guitar riffs. Those who enjoy the sound of blazing guitar solos will not be disappointed. Horne expertly delivers his fretboard wizardry with a finely tuned balance between precision and passion and there are also a few cunning guitar tricks to listen out for. All the guitars and bass guitars have been performed by Horne himself and for the drums he enlisted the expertise of Tim Guille (from Sonic Underground), Darrin Mooney (of Primal Scream and Gary Moore fame), and Jimmy Roman (from Aubrey Lemmon). If you are into all things guitar then you will simply love his album. It's a must for all aspiring guitar heroes. Instrumental Guitar (Electric (Heavy)/Hard Rock), total running time, 49:06 - Lachlan Horne @ iTunes!
