Michael Schenker's 2002 release on Shrapnel Records, "Thank You 3", follows in the tradition of the German born, Arizona based guitarist's previous two "Thank You" CDs, featuring eleven more examples of Schenker's incredibly beautiful and dynamic guitar. "Thank You 3" draws upon Schenker's clever layering of different acoustic guitar parts into unique passages that are both thematic and cinematic. Schenker delivers high energy salvos of lead guitar throughout the record that, while played on acoustic guitar, retain Schenker's nuances, characteristics and guitar signature that have made him a household name. Highly recommended for all Michael Schecker fans.
