Heavy Guitars

"Structural Damage"

The Story
Heavy Guitars is a French duo consisting of guitarist Cyril Lepizzera and guitarist Richard Roncarolo, and influenced by Yngwie Malmsteen, Tony McAlpine, Joey Tafolla, Steve Vai, Allan Holdsworth, Joe Satriani, and others, have released their eleven song all instrumental project "Structural Damage". The metal-based numbers offer the guitarists' fleet fingered solo ideas, plenty of harmonies, and even a guest solo on "Jawbreaker" by noted axe slinger Cyril Achard. They add sonic variety on "Lands Of Lords" with their acoustic guitars, while fans of sweep picking will plenty of same in "Abnormal Gravity". For sheer groove, check out the pulsing "Cruisin' Solo".
