his CD is just as the title indicates, thanks to Leviathan recording artist David T. Chastain. Chastain has provided us with an honest, in-your-face guitar onslaught via his all-instrumental bluesy rock tunes. He digs in and dishes it out... never a dull moment. Helping to put the "solid" in the "rock" is the excellent rhythm section. Ace drummer Mike Haid really lays down the law, and provides an authoritative yet tasteful framework for Chastain to follow. Haid really knows how to groove, clock perfect, and really kickin'. Really fine work! Bassist Steven Taylor does a great job as well. Chastain added some personal notes about each song on the inside of the CD cover, which I thought was a nice touch. All in all, this CD is a real rockin' effort, full of life, and lots of fun.
