he Stump-man cometh. All the lovers of slow, feel-oriented guitar playing best beware, because on this fourth in a series of unrepentant, neo-classical shred guitar albums, Joe Stump once again proves to the world that shred is not dead. From the rousing strains of the arpeggio-mad "Rapid Fire Rondo" to the mellifluous fire of the new-classical-neo-surf-guitar-metal-Miserlou "Echo Andante," this is one fiendishly wonderful celebration of fast, loud, pompous metal guitar. ***1/2.
