New Columns
Another large assemblage of guest columnists have written columns for October. Wešve got twelve in total - ten returning columnists and one first-time columnist. First off is Mike Campese, G.I.T. graduate and instructor, with "Scales You Must Know". Returning is acoustic guitarist Dan Lambert with "Lucky Breaks". Swiss guitarist Dan Keller is back with his technique article "Melodic Play Through Modal Arpeggios". Canadian guitarist David Martone returns with another column entitled "Zone Recording: 3 Doors Down". Hess guitarist Mike Walsh answers the musical question "Are Lessons And Music School Really Worth It?". Joining us for the first time is Australian guitar player Ivan Bertolla with "Going 'Outside The Zone'". Joe Bochar contributes his article, "The Nine Top Speed Enhancements Known To Guitardom". Guitarist Randy Ellefson is back with another technique column, "Interval Riff Basics". Indie marketing and promotions expert Tim Sweeney has contributed an article entitled "Rejection And Praise". We welcome back David Vincent Jones with his essay "Stay Out Of The Kitchen - You Can`t Cook!". Classical virtuoso Jamey Andreas also returns with his article "Easy Bar Chords". Finally, music industry guru Christopher Knab returns with "I Get So Many Clueless Letters!".
