The Merchandising Agreement has four basic sections
-
Identification section - who you are and how we can contact you.

Merchandising section - what you want us to sell, how many you are sending, and at what price should they be sold.

License section - where you give us permission to make sound clips and art scans of your CDs to help sell them, and where you certify that you have the right to give us permission, ie. that you hold the copyrights.

Option/Payment section - what merchandising plan you choose and how you will pay for it.
