"Live At Akasaka Blitz" features the Guitar Wars participants (Steve Hackett, John Paul Jones, Paul Gilbert and Nuno Bettencourt, among others), over 27 big tracks, and even includes a bonus CD with nine more tracks. A rollicking encore closes the show, recorded on the 28th and 29th of August, 2003, with the band ripping through Zeppelin classics "Communication Breaksown" and "Rock And Roll", as well as the blues standard "Red Rooster". Each of the 'band' members gets a set, so there is a Paul Gilbert set, a John Paul Jones set, a Nuno Bettencourt set and a Steve Hackett set, as well as an acoustic set. Sets range from four to six songs in length.
Special DVD features include: Widescreen Presentation, Surround Sound, PCM Stereo, Bonus CD (nine tracks).
