We got hit with a disturbance notice from LAPD while tracking. It read "Loud Party Warning, First Response". The second response comes with a $3,000 fine. Luckily the take was in the can. Oscar and Wyzard made this the perfect opener.

Just a fun little jam with Curt layin` down the nasty. Reggie`s creativity seems endless.

When I first moved to NYC I played the Rocky Horror Picture Show on Broadway. Dick Cavette was the MC and I wrote this one during his long monologue, with my volume off of coarse. Robben is burnin`.

This one is kind of a Meter`s influenced groove. I love Rocky`s beat with the tom.

My cousin Michael Hicks wrote this beautiful ballad.

| The second movement I wrote in Switzerland around the time of my first daughter Grace`s birth. It was always in my head but not finished. Then it came together while in Switzerland once again during the time of my second daughter Joy`s birth.
Branford`s flavor put the icing on the cake.

Deron wrote this on the little chart I sketched out. It was supposed to be Shuffle in "D". His B3 work is very cool.

This was not a song I originally wrote for slide. We had so much fun recording "Slide Thang" on the first CD. Then I thought to do another slide tune and then... Tony M. has a great feel on this one.

We tracked this one with the Air Conditioner on then we did the second take with the "Air Off". There is some super rhythm and lead work by Robben.

| This groove started as an arrangement of "All Blues". I came up with it in the south of Switzerland where they speak Italian. It developed on live the gig with Rocky and Tony T. Of course for the recording I changed the head a bit.
In the theme of "Naked" Branford let his drawers down.

I played this at Grace`s baptism. The melody is simply beautiful.
