By: Terry Wickham

letter uzz (as he is called) is an avant-garde guitarist experimenting with the perimeters of jazz, funk, blues and rock. His guitar tones are more old school than new, but the playing is fresh. At times, Fuzz sounds like a throwback to Hendrix and other early rock/jazz players. The playing is skillful and the drums, percussion and bass are excellent. As with any experimental sound, some songs work more than others. Because the music isn't overly heavy and the drums are quite active. I'd recommend this for background music for a get together with friends or taking a long ride in your car.
