In The Beginning... represents the compilation of Jeff Scheetz' early album releases, "Woodpecker Stomp" (released in 1990) and "Warp Speed" (released in 1988), along with a couple of never before released demo tracks. Jeff writes, "The "Woodpecker Stomp" album was my first real record deal and got lots of press in the guitar magazines and rotation airplay on Z-Rock, and became the first instrumental ever to get to the top 10 on the CCM rock charts. It was produced by the legendary producer Jon Mathias, who recently passed away. "Warp Speed" was originally just a demo recording to try and get some interest from labels and companies and was never attended for release. We recorded all the parts and mixed in three days total, so it was all pretty fast. The two demos are snapshots of where I was at the time and hopefully you can see some future potential." Instrumental Guitar (Electric (Heavy)/Hard Rock), total running time, 70:56 - Jeff Scheetz @ iTunes!
