The purpose of the Guitar Nine Records' Home Studio Registry is to allow owners and users of home/project studios to communicate with other musicians who are doing similar projects and work.
Far from being the solitary musician locked in a spare room with a bunch of expensive toys, you will finally be able to hook up with others who have many of the same dreams and aspirations as you do.

Future plans: We will continue to upgrade equipment in the studio and continue to record Project Finster CDs. I`m also planning on
taking some recording courses at Trod-Nossel Studios.
Guitars: 4 Yamaha Pacificas, Ibanez RG-470 and a Ibanez PGM 30.
Keyboards: Yamaha (something or other) used only as a trigger for sounds on the computer...
Sound modules: Currently we use Sound Fonts with the SBLive card, but I recently upgraded to the Delta 66 24/96 card, so I will also be upgrading to GigaSampler for midi sounds.
Percussion: Drums are all MIDI...
Effects: For guitars and bass, we use the guitar and bass pods. Also use Toneworks AX-1G and an RP-6
Microphones: We have one MIC, an SM57, used primarily for micing acoustic guitars, etc...
Mixer: N/A Will be getting one in the future.
Tape decks: N/A - We mix directly from Cakewalk to wav files to CD.
Hard disc recorders: N/A
Monitoring system: Right now, we`re using some really good computer speakers but plan on getting studio monitors very soon.
Computers: HP Pav, Intel Celeron 667MHZ, 128MB RAM, 20GB IDE disk drive.
Music software: Cakewalk, T-RackS 24, CoolEdit, GoldWave and soon GigaSampler, Delta-66 sound card.
Comments: The first Project Finster CD was recorded at 16 bit 44Khz, now that we have upgraded our hardware, we are looking forward to recording at 24bit 48khz.
