The purpose of the Guitar Nine Records' Home Studio Registry is to allow owners and users of home/project studios to communicate with other musicians who are doing similar projects and work.

Far from being the solitary musician locked in a spare room with a bunch of expensive toys, you will finally be able to hook up with others who have many of the same dreams and aspirations as you do.

I would also someday like to upgrade my studio and add on a full Protools HD setup, a Mac Pro, a real drumset and add a few more mics and mic pres to my arsenal U87, C12, UA1176 etc.

Keyboards: Yamaha S90 88 keys Keyboard, Roland keyboard solely used as a 64 key midi controller, 2 USB Oxygen 8 keyboard
Sound modules: Roland MGS-64, EXS-24 with several AKAI Sample CD Sounds, VST Instruments
Percussion: Upgraded Roland TD-12 Electronic V-Drum Set with a Simmons DA200S Drum Amp, and Roland TD-4 Electronic Drum Set Used for midi triggering. Mainly using EXS-24 with tons of different sounding AKAI format Sampled drums and percussion CDs, BFD Drums, Ultrabeat Plugin. VSTI plugins, Alesis DM5, Roland R 70,

Computers: Main Computer: Mac Pro 8 Core. OS X, Multitrack Recording System MOTU 2408mk3 and 24 I/O system with Presonus Digimax LT preamp and a Sony DSC-F707 Digital Camera, 2nd computer: Powermac Dual 1.25ghz G4 w/2 120 gig HDs and a 19" Sony Monitor running Mac OS X Server utilizing X Grid via network. with 1 Gig of ram memory. Also included is a CD-RW/DVD burner and a second 32x CD-R, connecting a Echo 8 channel Layla 24/96 for multitracking. 3rd Computer: Macbook Intel 2.0 Duo Core laptop w/Presonus Firebox audio interface, 60 gig HD space 1.5 gig ram. 4th Apple Macmini Duocore . Mainly using as a Logic Node for extra effects processing. 5th Sony PC with Windows XP. 22" Dell Monitor, Presonus Firebox and Guitar Rig 3 with Interface. Multitrack Recording System, 7.1 Surround system card. M-Audio Monitoring system. Logic Audio, USB keyboard Oxygen8 All 5 computers can be connected via appletalk/ file share networking setup via gigabit network and also utilizes Logic Nodes for increased Processing power.
Music software: Main: Apple Logic Pro 9 for my Mac Pro and Macbook Duocore Intel Laptop, tons of VST and VSTi plug-ins connected to an Emagic AMT8 Midi interface and controlled by Emagics Logic Control, Guitar Rig 3 for Mac and PC. Protools LE with several RTAS plug-ins. Overture for notation stuff and Band In A Box for practicing
