The purpose of the Guitar Nine Records' Home Studio Registry is to allow owners and users of home/project studios to communicate with other musicians who are doing similar projects and work.
Far from being the solitary musician locked in a spare room with a bunch of expensive toys, you will finally be able to hook up with others who have many of the same dreams and aspirations as you do.

Future plans: Would like to use my home studio and start recording other peoples music. Still looking for distribution on my first and second CD.

Percussion: Mainly using EXS-24 with tons of different sounding AKAI format Sampled drums and percussion CDs, Ultrabeat Plugin. VSTI plugins, Alesis DM5, Roland R 70,
Effects: Hardware: Lexicon MPX-1, Lexicon MPX-500,for Reverb and other effects , Alesis Midiverb 4 for delays, Guitar Rig 2 w interface, Rocktron Chameleon 2000 and Roland GP 16 for processing the Guitar, Various Core Audio, Audiosuite and VST Plugins

Monitoring system: Alesis Monitor Ones, Carvin fet 1000 power amp, Genelec 8020A Monitors, Yamaha Subwoofer, Yamaha 6.1 surround system, M-Audio powered Monitors
Computers: Main Computer: Powermac Dual 2.7 G5 w 750gig HD and 3.5 gigs ram, OS X 10.4.7, Dual Monitor setup Apple 23" Cinema Display and 19" Sony Monitor, Multitrack Recording System MOTU 2408mk3 and 24 I/O system with Presonus Digimax LT preamp and a Sony DSC-F707 Digital Camera, 2nd computer: Powermac Dual 1.25ghz G4 w/2 120 gig HDs and a 19" Sony Monitor running OS 10.4.7 Mac X Server utilizing X Grid via network. with 1 Gig of ram memory. Also included is a CD-RW/DVD burner and a second 32x CD-R, connecting a Echo 8 channel Layla 24/96 for multitracking. 3rd Computer: Macbook Intel 2.0 Duo Core laptop w/Presonus Firebox audio interface, 60 gig HD space 1.5 gig ram. 4th Sony PC with Windows XP. 15" Monitor, Presonus Firebox and Guitar Rig 2 with Interface. Multitrack Recording System, 7.1 Surround system card. M-Audio Monitoring system. Logic Audio, USB keyboard Oxygen8 All 4 computers can be connected via appletalk/ file share networking setup via gigabit network and also utilizes Logic Nodes for increased Processing power.
Music software: Main: Apple Logic Pro 7.2 for my Mac G5 and Macbook Duocore Intel Laptop, tons of VST and VSTi plug-ins connected to an Emagic AMT8 Midi interface and controlled by Emagics Logic Control, Guitar Rig 2 for Mac and PC. Protools LE with several RTAS plug-ins. Overture for notation stuff and Band In A Box for practicing
Other equipment: Marshall JMP-1, ENGL Tube Toner, ENGL Savage 120, Emagic AMT8 Midi interface, Alesis MEQ 230, Alesis Compressor 3630, DBX 266A Compressor Opcode Studio 4, BBE Sonic Maximizer JL Cooper Datasync for syncronizing the mac and the ADAT via Midi Time Code, Patchbays.
Comments: One of these days, I would like to use my home studio and make several multi Platinum Albums, Jingles and Hit Singles. I would also someday like to add on a full Protools HD setup.
