The purpose of the Guitar Nine Records' Home Studio Registry is to allow owners and users of home/project studios to communicate with other musicians who are doing similar projects and work.
Far from being the solitary musician locked in a spare room with a bunch of expensive toys, you will finally be able to hook up with others who have many of the same dreams and aspirations as you do.

Future plans: We also use the studio for church-related projects, such as musicals/drama, special music, etc. My VS-880 is perfect for playback of all audio sources, in that it has an auto-stop function, and the markers are just a great tool. The fact that it is a random access machine makes it very helpful. No more cueing of cassette tapes!
Guitars: Taylor 314 ce; electric- Ibanez strat copy; Ibanez Artcore 75; Yamaha AXP-6NA classical; and an Ibanez SR series bass
Keyboards: Korg Triton 61
Sound modules: Triton
Percussion: I now use the drums onboard the Triton.
Effects: Line 6 Flextone II XL
Microphones: Rode NT2A, AKG C-3000B. I use the ART Studio V3 Tube MP mic preamp.
Mixer: Allen Heath 16 channel
Tape decks: Use computer for mixdown
Hard disc recorders: MacBook Pro, Roland VS-880.
Monitoring system: Premium sound system for computer
Computers: MacBook Pro.
Music software: For Computer-based projects, I use GarageBand and Audacity...I also use SoundTrack.
