The purpose of the Guitar Nine Records' Home Studio Registry is to allow owners and users of home/project studios to communicate with other musicians who are doing similar projects and work.
Far from being the solitary musician locked in a spare room with a bunch of expensive toys, you will finally be able to hook up with others who have many of the same dreams and aspirations as you do.

Keyboards: 1934 Hobart & Cable Upright, Roland JX-8P, Ensonic Mirage, ARP Oddesssy, Korg M-1.
Sound modules: Mostly antiquated (but still working) drum modules.
Percussion: Sizable trunk full of acoustic percussion instruments, Roland TR-707, Yamaha PTX8, Roland SPD-11.
Effects: Lexicon MPX-1, Lexicon Alex, a vintage YAMAHA SPX-90, Alesis Midiverb, Alesis Midifex.
Microphones: MANY, including, Rode "Classic", SM58`s, SM57`s, AKG 414, AKG 451`s, E/V`s of various makes and models, RCA 77DX, Sennheiser 421`s, Shure SM57`s and 58`s, AKG 414, AKG 451`s, Beyer M101, TEAC M120`s, Altec "salt shakers`, etc., etc.
Mixer: Soundcraft TS-12 w/FAME automation. 2nd desk is TASCAM M520.
Tape decks: TASCAM MS24 (1"), TASCAM MS16(1"), TASCAM Model 52 1/4", TEAC X700R w/dbx 1/4". Digital: Sony A7 DAT.
Hard disc recorders: Golden CD Recorder w/4G HD.
Monitoring system: SPKRS: JBL 4312`s, Altec Custom boxes, Auratones. AMPS: Crown DC300, DC150, Pioneer vintage SPEC 4 Class "A".
Computers: (1) NewTek Video Toaster/Flyer NLE, used mainly for video work but also doubles for audio work. 40Gig HD storage capacity. (2) Custom PII used for internet design work and audio mastering.
(2) PII 333MHz w/ 9Gig HD.
Music software: ACID PRO 3.0, Sound Forge 5.9, Vegas Audio LE, ReBirth, Drumatix, Soundprobe, Cool Edit PRO.
Other equipment: Musical gear include Pitchrider Mark II guitar/midi interface mounted on a G & L F-100 guitar with Kahler tailpiece; Peavey T.B. Raxx Tube bass pre-amp; Marshall 9000 studio guitar pre-amp; Digitech GSP-21 studio guitar signal processor, DOD Tec4 guitar multi-effects processor; guitar amps by Roland, Peavy, Fender, Crate, Univox, and Marshall. Other classic keyboards include a Hammond A-100 with Leslie 180, as well as matched twin Leslie 120`s, set up with line inputs. A 1964 set of Ludwig Super Classic drums (just like Ringo`s original set) with Zildjian and Sabian cymbals round out the vintage gear.
A full compliment of outboard gear includes an Orban 111B professional spring reverb; 12 channels of noise
gates by Gatex, dbx, and OmniCraft; 6 channels of dbx 161 and 166 limiter/compressors; Roland RE-501 chorus/echo
unit; EXR and Aphex Aural Exciters; Aphex Compellor; and 2 vintage digital delay units by MXR and Roland. The studio
also has an ART Pro-MPA tube dual mic preamp. All headphones are Fostex T-20`s.
