"Guitar Slinger"

Kind of in the same vein as "Will Play For Food" and "Furious George", George Lynch's "Guitar Slinger" is a collection of cover tunes (both regular quality, and really raw demo material) which shows the ex-Dokken axeman can 'Lynchize' almost anything. Lynch teams up with a bunch of different entities here, such as Vince Neil (Motley Crue), Stephen Percy (Ratt), Faster Pussycat, L.A. Guns and Kelly Hansen (Foreigner), as he takes on three Scorpions tunes, Black Sabbath ("Paranoid"), Alice Cooper ("Billion Dollar Babies"), as well as some unreleased and live Dokken tunes. Two tracks from Lynch Mob ("Tangled In The Web", "Wicked Sensation") are also featured. Audio quality varies wildly, but to hear Lynch rocking like a hurricane is well worth it.
